Chadwick’s Farm Shop Limited Refund Policy
As you can appreciate the majority of the Products sold are perishable & have a shelf expiry life. This means that the right to cancel a Contract does not apply. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order, please be aware our products are specifically prepared for your order, hence you will need to contact us by phone/email 48 hours before the date of your delivery/collection, failing this it may not be possible to cancel the Contract so full payment will be redeemed and items may be destroyed or resold.
Unfortunately we are unable to accept any returns on your order due to the nature of the product, please also see returns policy.
Where applicable & in accordance with adhered to policy above, refunds will be made to you using the same method and to the same account as used by you to pay for your order and will be at the discretion of Chadwick’s Farm Shop only.

CHADWICKS FARM SHOP CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR UNDER COOKED OR POORLY COOKED ITEMS, YOU SHOULD NOT CONSUME A PRODUCT THAT YOU MAY NOT HAVE COOKED AT THE CORRECT TEMPERATURE OR DURATION GUIDELINES OR FEEL IS NOT FIT FOR CONSUMPTION.
IF YOU HAVE ANY DOUBTS ON RECEIVING THE ITEMS, DO NOT ATTEMPT TO CONSUME THE PRODUCT AND CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY AS ABOVE. WE WILL ENDEAVOUR TO REPLY QUICKLY BUT IF THE REPLY IS DELAYED – PLEASE REFRAIN FROM COOKING OR CONSUMING THE PRODUCT.
