1.b Our website may be used for your own private purposes and in accordance with these terms and conditions.

Website up-time
1.d All reasonable measures are taken by us to ensure that our website is operational all day, every day. However, occasionally technical issues may result in some downtime and accordingly we will not be liable if our website is unavailable at any time.

Cancellations, returns and refunds
1.p We are confident that you will be delighted with your order and our sevice; however we understand that there are occasions where you may be unhappy with your order or our service.
1.q In this case you should contact us immediately on 01702 467933 OR VIA info@chadwicksfarmshop.co.uk to discuss, & within 48hrs.
1.r Due to health & hygiene reasons and the perishable nature of the product we cannot accept returns – see returns policy.
1.s The majority of our Products on our site are perishable and have a shelf life. This means that the right to cancel a Contract does not apply. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order and although our products are specifically prepared for your order, if you contact us more than 48 hours before the date your delivery is due, it may be possible to cancel the Contract but this is under discretion of Chadwick Farm Shop.
1.t Where applicable, refunds will be made to you using the same method and to the same account as used by you to pay for your order and will be at the discretion of Chadwick Farm Shop – if paid by cash refunds require attendance to shop in person not an appointed person.
Law and jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by English law. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
